No Marijuana/Drug Policy:

• No growing, manufacturing, distributing, selling, carrying or using of legal marijuana or paraphernalia is allowed on any of the properties.

• No growing, manufacturing, distributing, selling, carrying or using of illegal substances or paraphernalia are allowed on any of the properties..

• Not inside, not outside. Not on any of the premises or anywhere on the properties.

• It is the responsibility of the tenant to inform their guests of this policy.
