NO Smoking and NO Vaping Policy:

• All of our homes are NON-SMOKING PROPERTIES. All of our homes are NON-VAPING PROPERTIES.  
  

• We do not rent to smokers. We do not rent to people who vape.

• No smoking is allowed on the premises -- that includes any type of smoking device including e-cigarettes.  No vaping is allowed on the premises -- that includes any type of vaping device or mod.
  

• Even guests must go to the public sidewalk to smoke, use any type of smoking device, or to use any type of vaping device or mod.

• It is the responsibility of the tenant to inform their guests of this policy.
