• Credit Score: Each person contributing income must meet a minimum credit score of 675 and have a good credit history
  

• On the job at least 6 months

• Combined income at least three times the rent

• Positive, verifiable rental history of at least 2 years from an unrelated and unbiased source

• Clear copy of Driver's License or government issued photo identification

• Clear copy of Social Security Card

• Proof of Renters Insurance (upon acceptance)
  

• Checking Account

• No Co-signers Accepted
