Qualifications to Rent Policy:
- Credit Score: Each person contributing income must meet a minimum credit score of 675 and have a good credit history
- On the job at least 6 months
- Combined income at least three times the rent
- Positive, verifiable rental history of at least 2 years from an unrelated and unbiased source
- Clear copy of Driver's License or government issued photo identification
- Clear copy of Social Security Card
- Proof of Renters Insurance (upon acceptance)

Additional Information:
- Rent due on the 1st of each month
- Tenant provides refrigerator, washer and dryer
- No Smoking/Vaping/or Marijuana usage on the Premises
- No Pets or Animals on the Premises
- All units are 3 Bedroom 2 Bath
